Really good caf! Lovely food and lovely people! Nice smile from the woman behind the counter and a good welcome for two cold folk looking for tea and sustenance.Good large pot of tea and a good piece of pecan slice. The specials board had some interesting dishes, baked potatoes arriving on a table next to us looked scrummy!!All in all very well worth a visit. Walk a bit from the car park in the valley and find a gem of a place just up the road. Your loss otherwise!!!
Very welcoming, very good homemade soup (I had mushroom), quiche and bean salad with mint. And nicest cafe loo I have ever seen, supplied with anything you may need in an emergency!
We went for the first time today and I was very impressed. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating. As a vegan I was really impressed with the food that I was able to eat. I usually just end up eating toast. The food is really delicious, well presented and excellent value. We will definitely be going back.

What a marvellously welcoming cafe on a blustery day. It's like home with books and interesting pictures adorning the walls. It's warm and cosy and has a vast array of beverages and snacks. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The customers sit chatting at nice clean tables on comfy chairs. My Mocha was served with a heart in the froth and accompanied by a small biscuit. A visit to the loo was wonderful, it is decorated with bird pictures and has charming birds on branches. Definitely a place to go to again.
