Great place to work out with friendly staff
Been around since 2009 getting and keeping folk fit from 6 year old to 70+Local staff you probably already know! :D
been a member here for around 10 months now, the gym is perfect for me although could have more equipment and heavier dumbells, however in my opinion, that gets forgotten quite quickly because the place is great, a great atmosphere, with great people, its like a little family in there, (recent update), the gym has had a turn around, and more equipment bought, and heavier dumbells....
Have been a member at this gym for over 4 years now and love it. So friendly like a big family xxxx
