Busy little spot. Good to see some life down there even if it has sucked the last vestiges of life out of the old shopping centre.
It's new so still clean. assortment of shops and cafes. restaurants .etc I do like it here.

Nice little shopping area, and a few nice places to eat and drink. If you have a few hours to spare, this is a good place to go.
Good mix of shops & eating places (some better than others). Best thing to happen to the area in a long time. Nice place to sit in the square near the fountains. Could be better designed in terms of pedestrian crossings, bins, etc. Gets chaotic at weekends. Nice place to visit.
