I booked a trip to lapland with VTD this year and have found dealing with them an absolute delight. having dealt directly with large operators in the past, this time I decided to use an agent. i cannot tell you how much easier this has been. Their staff have been proactive in letting me know about updates on the trip, and when i have had issues and problems with the operator (not them), they've done their utmost to accomodate me. I cannot recomend this organisation and its people enough.

We booked our 7 days getaway to a new destination, following her suggestions and recommendations. She offers me a whole information and description of everything I needed to know, and the best was that it just took a few minutes the entire process.
