Charged 107 for 15 minute consultation - vet scanned dog with suspected heart problem but was unable to diagnose so referred us to Barnsley practice where we had to pay for another scan to achieve diagnosis. Complained to head office about excessive charge for no diagnosis but they backed up the practice and said the charge was fair! I think otherwise so will not be using this vets again!

Such a nice friendly vets, staff are truly caring staff that make you feel happy to entrust your beloved pets to them, my dog has had 2 surgical procedures in just over 2 weeks and they have been great with him and when returning for check ups greeting my dog and making lots of fuss of him which I've never had with my previous dogs at the old vets (which shows me the old vets arent actually compassionate within their role) unlike vets fir pets who you can tell instantly that they are not just about the actual business but compassionate about the pets and animals they treat too.
Have just had to have my 19 year old cat put to sleep thank you to all at vets for pets Stocksbridge for making it all bearable, you're kindness was lovely thanks again
Great vets. Very convenient and always there to help. Recommended. Only downside is not seeing same vet everytime like a family vet.
